Address the Housing Crisis

The secret’s out: Denver is an amazing place to live.  We must find space for all those moving here and protect affordability for those who’ve been here for generations.  Let’s add density where it makes sense, including converting unused downtown office buildings into homes.

Strengthen our City Center

Downtown is our region’s center for commerce, tourism, and culture. We need to strengthen our Downtown to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, no matter who they are or where they’re from.

Break Denver's Dependence on Cars

Everyone deserves the freedom to get from A to B safely, no matter how you choose to get there.  More than a third of city center households don’t own cars at all, and they deserve that freedom, too.
